The holidays are on the way and for many of us, this can be an extremely difficult time. The Kemmons-Wilson Center for Good Grief at Baptist is offering a workshop for coping with grief through the holidays. There are several workshops and space is limited, so sign up by October 29.

I met Laura Smith online through a Facebook grief group called Moms Who Lost a Child to Fentanyl Poisoning . She started this group in an effort to bring awareness to the deadly opiate that has ravaged our nation’s families.
