It has gone from bad to worse. The police, EMTs, medical professionals, wives, husbands, best friends, co workers, bosses, moms, dads, aunts, uncles, sisters, brothers, nieces and nephews are all at war with fentanyl and carfentanyl. It is my opinion that when someone is suffering from addiction, it is a disease. Yes, the first time is a choice, but with opioids, especially heroin, one time is all it takes to get hooked.
