Completely outrageous!

Seriously? Cigna denied coverage for a treatment that is a safer alternative to opiates?? This, to me, is completely outrageous! I'm no stranger to Cigna's ill conceived, backwards, frustrating mentality when it comes to covering all things medical. However, this takes the proverbial cake! It really shows what this world is coming to, and it is not pretty. In fact, it's downright scary.
